• CT Finder is a listings platform, not an agency or escort service.
• We do not broker, mediate, supervise or take part in any meeting or arrangement.
• Every profile is posted by an independent advertiser who is solely responsible for its content and for any service they offer.
• Any agreement is strictly between you and the advertiser you contact.

CT Finder is an intermediary that hosts listings created by independent advertisers. We do not pre-vet, pre-approve, or edit listings before they go live, and we are not the author of any advertiser's content.

• Because listings publish without prior review, CT Finder makes no promise that any listing, photo, or claim is accurate, current, or lawful — the advertiser alone is responsible for it.
• We do act on what is reported: we remove any listing that breaks these Terms, is illegal, non-consensual, involves a minor, or is otherwise harmful, at our sole discretion, and may ban the account behind it.
• We are not a party to, and take no part in, any communication, meeting, or arrangement between an advertiser and a visitor.

• You contact advertisers directly using the phone, WhatsApp or details shown on their profile.
• CT Finder never handles payments and never takes a booking fee or commission from you.
• Never pay any advance. Genuine meetings do not need money upfront — settle anything only in person, directly with the advertiser.
• Any request for an advance, a deposit or a "token" payment is a red flag. Do not pay, and report the profile.
• Rates, availability and terms are set entirely by the advertiser — confirm them yourself before you meet.

• Treat advertisers with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour are not tolerated and may lead to a ban.
• Do not post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content, or anyone else's photos.

The following are strictly forbidden on CT Finder and are removed on sight, with the account banned and, where the law requires, reported to the authorities:

• Anyone under 18. No listing, image, or content involving a minor is tolerated under any circumstance. Every advertiser must be a consenting adult, 18 years or older.
• No coercion, trafficking or exploitation. Every advertiser must act of their own free will. Any content that suggests a person is being forced, trafficked, controlled by a third party, or exploited is prohibited.
• No non-consensual or stolen content. Do not post another person's photos, private images, or personal details without their clear consent.
• No illegal activity, no fraud or advance-fee scams, no misleading or fake listings, and no content that is hateful, threatening, or discriminatory.
• No spam, no automated scraping, and no attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

• Browsing needs no account, and we do not sell or share your personal details.
• Messages and arrangements you make with an advertiser stay between the two of you.

• Advertisers are responsible for their own photos and details; CT Finder cannot guarantee every listing.
• If a profile looks fake, uses stolen photos, asks for an advance or otherwise breaks these rules, use the Report button on the ad.
• We review reports and remove listings that violate our rules.

• You must not introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code to the platform, or upload anything designed to disrupt, damage, or degrade it.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its servers, or any connected system, or interfere with other users' access.
• You are responsible for keeping your own device and account secure. Any attempt to attack or misuse the platform may be a criminal offence, and we will report it to the appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

• We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, pause or withdraw parts of the service if needed.

• The site may contain links to third-party services.
• We are not responsible for the content or policies of external websites.

• The CT Finder name, layout, design, and original text are ours (or licensed to us) and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, or reuse content from the platform without our prior written consent.
• Advertisers keep ownership of the photos and text in their own listings but grant CT Finder permission to display them on the platform. By posting, an advertiser confirms they own that content, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• If you believe your intellectual property has been used without permission, tell us — see our DMCA / copyright policy.

• Browsing and posting a basic listing are free. Some paid placements (for extra visibility) are offered as on-site credits and promotions.
• Except where a refund is required by law, amounts paid for paid placements are non-refundable. At our sole discretion we may issue on-site credit for any unused, paid promotion.
• No refund or credit is due where a listing is removed or an account is banned for breaking these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of CT Finder is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you in your own location. CT Finder is a listings platform and is not liable for any transaction, meeting, or arrangement made between users.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints about content on CT Finder — including any listing you believe is illegal, non-consensual, involves a minor, or otherwise breaks these Terms — can be sent to our Grievance Officer:

• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
• Clearly flagged illegal or harmful content is reviewed on priority and removed as soon as it is confirmed.

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• Checking this page occasionally will keep you informed about any changes.
